Grim Trials is a heavy metal action roguelite developed by Glory Jam. You play as Avelin, a young woman recruited as one of Death's Reapers, battling through hex-grid arenas filled with monsters, traps, sinful souls and powerful bosses.
Progress continues between runs through materials, crafted weapons and equipment, while each attempt can be shaped through an expansive Skill Tree and randomized Blessings. Combat revolves around using customizable scythes and crossbows together while exploring the Academy and completing quests for its inhabitants.
